**Important Information for Undergraduate Students**

Availability in 12-month apartments is very limited for 2017–18 undergraduate students.

HFS cannot guarantee assignment to an apartment before the beginning of autumn quarter. Undergraduate students who apply for 12-month apartments may be placed on a waiting list.

It's all about you

UW graduate school is a challenge that requires you to prioritize those things most important to your academic success. Our graduate student housing system is built with your specific needs in mind. We've provided housing for UW students as long as there's been a UW, and we're here for you.

We make your life simpler

It's hard enough getting by on your modest finances, and the last thing you need are adventures in bill paying, roommate money problems or tons of hidden or up-front costs. UW graduate housing is designed for a built-in ease of living:

  • No up-front first and last month rent payment.
  • You only pay one bill per month.
  • Help when you need it.
  • Search for roommates using our Roommate Finder Forum.

We're focused on your success

Our apartment communities are designed to support your academic success. Whether you need quiet time or space to collaborate, opportunities to meet like-minded friends or the chance to have some fun, UW graduate student housing provides the independence you want with the helping hand of community—just in case you need it.

You have options

As a graduate student, your apartment living options are many and varied. You can live right next door to campus or just a short bus ride away. Our furnished and unfurnished apartments are available to students who are single, married, registered same-sex domestic partners, as well as students with families.
