Create Connections

The residence halls offer ample opportunities to create connections within the community. You can go to a Hall/Community Council meeting on Monday nights or attend an RCSA meeting on Wednesday evenings. Additionally, our Programming Board offers many awesome events like movies, comedians and concerts!

Discover Your Purpose

Meet new people, try exciting new activities, participate in community service and make an impact on those around you. The LPO offers many opportunities to create a valuable and rewarding residential experience that will help you discover your purpose at the UW and put your classroom skills to good use. Check out one of our many great jobs.

Responsible Citizenship

The Leadership & Learning Resource Center offers opportunities for students to become responsible citizens. Consider joining NRHH (services, leadership and recognition-based organization) or SEED (students dedicated to environmentalism).

Get Involved

Get involved with your community. Apply to be a member of your Hall/Community Council or volunteer to help first-year students move in with the DAWGs Crew. We also offer many jobs ranging from hourly pay to room-and-board scholarships!

The Leadership & Learning Resource Center is a hub of resources for HFS student staff and student leaders. We offer many items ranging from sound systems to cotton candy machines. Chat with your Adviser about available resources or come to the Poplar Leaderhsip & Learning Resource Center to learn more.
